1. Agreement to Terms

Your access to and use of Seekthorn constitutes your binding acceptance of these Terms of Service. These terms create a legal agreement between you and Seekthorn. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and permanently.

2. Nature of the Platform

Seekthorn is a social casino entertainment platform that operates exclusively with virtual currency. No real money is involved in any capacity. The platform exists solely to provide recreational entertainment through social casino-style games that simulate gambling mechanics without actual wagering of real currency or items of monetary value.

3. Age Verification and Restrictions

Access to Seekthorn is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you have reached this minimum age threshold. Falsification of age information constitutes a material breach of these terms and grounds for immediate termination of access. We may request age verification documentation at our discretion.

4. Virtual Currency Policy

All credits, coins, tokens, or other forms of currency used within Seekthorn games are purely virtual and possess absolutely no monetary value. These virtual assets cannot be purchased with real money, cannot be sold for real money, and cannot be exchanged for goods, services, or anything of real-world value. Virtual currency exists solely to facilitate game mechanics and enhance entertainment value.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are expressly prohibited from attempting to hack, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise manipulate the Seekthorn platform or its games. You may not use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform. Any attempt to exploit vulnerabilities, circumvent security measures, or interfere with other users' experiences is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action.

6. Intellectual Property Protection

All content available through Seekthorn, including game software, visual assets, audio elements, text content, branding materials, and user interface design, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the property of Seekthorn or its respective licensors. Users receive a limited, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

Seekthorn is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Technical issues, maintenance activities, or other circumstances may temporarily or permanently affect availability. 9. User Conduct Standards

Users must conduct themselves in a lawful and respectful manner while using Seekthorn. Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior toward other users or platform operators is prohibited. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction when accessing and using the platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seekthorn and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of third parties.

11. Term and Termination

These terms remain in effect for as long as you access or use Seekthorn. We reserve the right to terminate your access at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the platform. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

13. Governing Law and Disputes
